Property Planet Technology is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role requires expertise in social media management, content marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

Position Specification
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.).Â
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content and responding to inquiries.
- Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content and advertising.
- Create and manage online advertisements, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.Â
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.Â
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS) is an added advantage.Â

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
