Bakan Gizo Pharmacy & Store Ltd is seeking experienced, proactive, and goal-driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our sales force across various regions including Owerri, Port Harcourt, Anambra, Akure (Ondo), Calabar, Ibadan, Ogun, Kano, and Lagos. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong sales and negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical and healthcare product range to medical professionals and institutions.
Core Functions
- Actively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver detailed product information to doctors, pharmacists, and procurement officers.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Perform territory-based market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide customer support, product demonstrations, and accurate product information.
- Report territory progress and field activities to the sales supervisor and team.

Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND (HND/BSc in science, healthcare, or business-related fields is an advantage)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location
- Applicants must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the listed locations
Compensation & Structure
- Probation (First 3 Months):
- NGN 100,000 Monthly Salary
- NGN 100,000 Monthly Float for logistics and field activities
- Post-Probation:
- Commission-based earnings with high income potential
Available Locations: Lagos, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Anambra, Akure (Ondo State), Calabar, Ibadan, Ogun, Kano.
