We are seeking motivated and proactive Sales Executives to drive user acquisition and adoption of our mobility. As a Sales Executive, you will be on the frontline of customer engagement, responsible for identifying leads, converting prospects, supporting driver onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Specification
Responsibilities:
- Actively pitch SGX services to prospective tricycle dealers and customers.
- Convert leads into activations by guiding prospects through the onboarding process.
- Identify and document sales opportunities.
- Track leads through CRM or spreadsheets, and follow up consistently to drive conversion.
- Assist customers during onboarding and respond to queries.
- Provide clear explanations of service features and benefits.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activity, territory performance, and challenges.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvement.
- Act as the face of SGX Mobility in your assigned area.
- Distribute marketing collateral and maintain a positive brand image.
- Take ownership of specific areas and manage outreach targets to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
