## Job Summary
NovaVibe Media is hiring a smart, proactive, and highly organised **Executive Assistant/Production Manager** to support Senior Management while overseeing daily movie production logistics. The ideal candidate must be passionate about Nollywood, demonstrate strong **project management, communication, time management, and multitasking abilities**, and thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
## Key Responsibilities
###Clerical Duties
* Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and official correspondence for Senior Management.
* Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
* Handle sensitive company and production information with the utmost confidentiality.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct research and prepare background notes to support decision-making.
###Production Planning and Control:
* Coordinate pre-production, on-set, and post-production activities.
* Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and progress reports.
* Manage cast, crew, equipment, vendors, and locations.
* Track budgets, manage expenses, and ensure productions remain on schedule and within budget.
* Conduct risk assessments and secure permits, approvals, and necessary clearances.
* Organise logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and catering for cast and crew.
* Oversee daily on-set operations, troubleshooting issues in real-time.
* Maintain production records, databases, and documentation.
* Support marketing and distribution teams with production-related content.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Film Production, Business Administration** or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an **Executive Assistant, Production Coordinator, or Production Manager** (experience in Nollywood or media/entertainment industry is a strong advantage).
* Excellent **organisational, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills**.
* Strong **project management and time management abilities**.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with production management software is an added advantage.
* Must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
* Flexibility to work hybrid and irregular hours, especially during film shoots.
* Deep knowledge or strong interest in **Nollywood industry trends and production processes** is highly desirable.
