Role Overview

As a Customer Service & Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, and ensuring seamless communication across US, UK, and EU time zones. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and fluent in English, with proven experience in HubSpot CRM and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support and inquiries through HubSpot CRM, ensuring responses within 60 minutes during work hours.
  • Assist the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, scheduling, and customer care for the UK and US markets.
  • Provide administrative support including inbox management, workflow coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Generate basic reports (sales activity, engagement, performance) using HubSpot and office tools.
  • Support Shopify order tracking and customer communication to uphold Skrybe’s premium standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot best practices to optimize CRM processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in science-related fields (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) preferred. Business-related degrees may be considered.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service or assistant roles with proven HubSpot CRM proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and familiarity with Shopify.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, neutral tone.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks across global time zones.
  • Must have high-speed internet for remote work.
  • Professional, deadline-driven, and open to feedback with a global customer service mindset.
