Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role demands strong analytical thinking, statistical expertise, and proficiency with business intelligence tools to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, cleanse, and validate datasets from multiple sources, including financial systems, inventory records, production reports, and operational logs.
- Perform statistical analysis to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies that drive business performance improvements.
- Develop and present insightful visualizations and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain—to ensure analytics align with organizational goals.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, macros, advanced functions), SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings.
