About the Role
A reputable law firm based in Ikoyi is seeking to appoint a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner. The position requires a professional with the ability to exercise discretion, manage competing priorities, and anticipate organizational needs while ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including appointments and travel logistics.
- Draft, review, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documentation.
- Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Organize internal and external meetings, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing notes, background materials, and analytical reports as required.
- Provide project coordination support to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Oversee administrative functions specific to the Managing Partner’s office.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline (legal background preferred).
- 2–4 years’ prior experience in an Executive Assistant capacity, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
