Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Experience Executive (CEE) to deliver outstanding customer support and enhance client satisfaction at our showroom. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers politely and identify their needs.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Ensure the showroom and shelves remain clean, well-organized, and appealing.
- Stand and actively engage customers during service (sitting is not permitted).
- Return all items to their designated shelves after customer handling.
- Recommend suitable products or services and demonstrate their benefits.
- Prepare invoice records before directing customers to the cashier for payment.
- Address customer complaints within your capacity and escalate unresolved issues to the branch supervisor.
- Stay alert to ensure no customer is left unattended.
- Uphold customer satisfaction standards and adhere to the customer service job description.
