We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and prepare proposals for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring transparency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the marketing and business development teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Offer responsive customer service and resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Participate in regular sales and product training to stay updated on offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of proven success in sales or business development (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and negotiation principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a competitive market.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High integrity and ethical standards in client dealings.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products/services is an advantage.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
