Position Overview

FiNGO Consulting Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketer to design, implement, and manage the firm’s digital marketing and business development strategy. The role requires a blend of online marketing expertise, SEO/SEM optimization, social media management, and B2B lead generation to enhance brand visibility and drive consultancy opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with FiNGO’s business objectives.
  • Manage website, email, and social media content and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Improve search rankings through effective SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Track KPIs including web traffic, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics.

Opportunity Sourcing & Lead Generation

  • Identify consultancy opportunities such as tenders, RFPs, and donor-funded projects via online platforms and networks.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to engage potential clients.
  • Support proposal development by preparing capability statements and marketing collateral.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain a CRM/lead tracker with updated communication records.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads, proposals, and conversions.
  • Assist the consulting team in scheduling prospect meetings and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and B2B lead generation, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to source consultancy opportunities on donor/government/private platforms.
  • Expertise in email marketing, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), and outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with persuasive follow-up and client engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Number and quality of consultancy opportunities identified monthly.
