BIYI Signature is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be smart, courteous, proactive, and customer-focused—ensuring every client receives a professional, seamless, and friendly experience across both in-store and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in clients while providing detailed product information.
- Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Guide customers with order placement, sizing, and follow-ups.
- Work with production and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Record, report, and track customer inquiries and feedback.
- Support showroom sales and maintain a polished front-desk presentation.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Google Forms.
- Previous customer service or front-desk experience (fashion/retail industry preferred).
- Friendly, patient, confident, and attentive to customer needs.
- Minimum qualification: HND/BSc.
