Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales, marketing, retail, and business development. This hybrid role requires a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the fashion and lifestyle industry, and can independently manage sales pipelines to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum of ₦5M in monthly sales, with profit-based commissions for exceeding targets.
  • Manage and expand B2C sales channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, Ecommerce platforms, and phone sales.
  • Grow and maintain B2B distributor/retailer networks, targeting at least 10 new distributors in the second half of the year (starting from 25 pairs per distributor).
  • Prospect, pitch, and close sales deals across diverse channels.
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, Production, and Operations teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
  • Provide structured reports on customer insights, distributor performance, and sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media sales strategies and ecommerce tools.
  • Established industry network is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly.
  • Commissions: 10% profit-based commission on all sales above ₦4M monthly.
