Job Summary
PowerMax Renewable Energies Limited is seeking a skilled Account and Admin Manager to oversee accounting operations, manage financial records, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle bills and invoices, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide efficient support in both accounting and office administration.

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage and process bills and invoices.
- Record and maintain transactions, payments, and expenses.
- Cross-check invoices against payments and expenses for accuracy.
- Oversee and manage the company’s accounts.
- Handle ROI/IRR analysis and overall finance-related tasks.
- Perform bookkeeping, accounting, and finance functions.
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts, Finance, and Bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Capable of handling accounting and finance issues with minimal supervision.
