Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist with both creative and technical expertise to strengthen our digital footprint. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, oversee website development and maintenance, create engaging digital content, and implement effective online marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute impactful social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Track and report digital marketing campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
- Build, update, and maintain the company’s website (WordPress or other CMS).
- Optimize website content for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and speed performance.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Grow and engage the company’s online community, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Monitor and protect the company’s online reputation (ORM practices).
- Draft and manage monthly content calendars aligned with company goals.
- Provide basic technical support for website bugs, plugin updates, and troubleshooting.
- Train staff on digital media best practices when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in social media management and web development.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic web troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
