Job Summary

PowerMax Renewable Energies Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the sales of all product categories across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, market expansion, and channel partner development, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product introduction and launch across BA, Dealers, Consultants, and other channels.
  • Prepare and submit business proposals to channel partners and manage sales inquiries.
  • Identify, select, and manage relevant channel partners.
  • Drive sales of renewable energy products (Solar On-grid Projects, UPS, Inverters, Batteries, Solar Panels, etc.) in the assigned region.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, ensuring effective data management and back-end operations.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Handle payment follow-up, collection, and sales reporting.
  • Implement BTL marketing activities and partner engagement strategies.
  • Manage conflict resolution and partner relationships effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to enhance market share.
  • Provide sales support activities, including invoicing, proposals, and payment tracking.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and oversee the performance of channel partner teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in target-driven sales, preferably within the energy or power sector.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy and power products (Solar, Inverters, Batteries, UPS, Panels).
  • Excellent communication skills, including regional language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, data management, and multitasking.
  • Ability to lead teams, build partnerships, and resolve conflicts.
  • Computer and mobile efficient with strong customer relationship management skills.
