Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager with an MBA to oversee the daily operations of Skipper Eye-Q Hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital administration, high-quality patient care, and effective resource management, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires expertise in financial management, staff supervision, strategic planning, and implementation of best practices in healthcare administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: MBA / MSc in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: Senior level
- Experience Length: Minimum 5 years in healthcare management

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient-centered care.
- Manage hospital budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and health promotion programs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including medical and administrative teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery.
- Lead hospital strategic planning, setting goals and developing growth strategies.
- Collect and analyze performance data for decision-making and reporting.
- Coordinate with medical staff, departmental heads, and external stakeholders.
- Handle public relations, community engagement, and external partnerships.
- Oversee hospital facilities, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Address patient complaints promptly and implement effective resolutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for hospital management and board meetings.
Requirements & Competencies
- Master’s degree in Public Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Gender Equality, or related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial and budgeting expertise.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, public health principles, and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or public health (an added advantage).
