Bakangizo Pharmacy and Stores is hiring dynamic, goal-driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our growing team across Owerri, Port Harcourt, Anambra, Akure (Ondo), and Calabar. As a Medical Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Position Specification

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our brand of medical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
• Detail product features and benefits to doctors, pharmacists, and procurement officers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis within your territory.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and support to customers.
• Work closely with the sales supervisor and team to report progress and field activities.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or BSc in any science, healthcare, or business-related field.
• Proven ability to communicate technical product information effectively.
• Previous field sales experience (especially in pharma or FMCG) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Must be self-driven and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within your assigned location and cover daily field activities.
• Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Ibadan, Ogun, Kano, Akure, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Anambra, Akure, or Calabar.

Compensation & Structure:

• NGN 100,000 Monthly Salary for the first 3 months (probationary period).
• NGN 100,000 Monthly Float to cover logistics and field expenses for the first 3 months.
• After 3 months, compensation will be strictly commission-based with attractive earning potential.
