Job Overview

PwC is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to a designated principal. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the principal’s office. You will work closely on a one-on-one basis, handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the principal’s timesheets, expense retirements, and travel arrangements.
  • Track and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments with timely reminders.
  • Handle calendar management and venue bookings.
  • Attend management meetings, record minutes, and monitor follow-up action points.
  • Organize meeting logistics, including setup and materials preparation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for confidential documents, receipts, and correspondence.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure accurate billing and time tracking.
  • Arrange flight and hotel bookings, including liaising with international hotels for airport pickups and hospitality.
  • Act as the liaison between the principal, internal teams, and external clients.
  • Manage correspondences, incoming mail, and visitor hospitality.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrators for business unit and partner meetings.
  • Oversee phone bill and internet subscription management.
  • Coordinate with office services to maintain inventory and work tools.
  • Execute special projects and assigned tasks promptly.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
