Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will combine a love for food, drinks, and customer service with strong leadership and organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee excellent service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage reservations, table flow, and guest relations effectively.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for consistent and creative service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Develop strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to expand clientele and revenue streams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about food, drinks, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in staff training, rotation, and performance management.
- Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, inventory, and cost control).
