Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our luxury brand team at Linkup Human Capital. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent relationship management, and a strong understanding of the luxury market. This role demands refined communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling luxury products and services to high-net-worth clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding luxury brand standards.
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored solutions aligned with clients’ preferences and lifestyles.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute promotional campaigns and exclusive events.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in luxury goods, fashion, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong network of high-value clients with excellent prospecting ability.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism, confidence, and discretion in all client interactions.
- Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for client meetings and luxury events.
