Job Summary
Oxygen is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Sales Officer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering world-class financial solutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting impactful sales presentations, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets while upholding Oxygen’s standard of excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and secure new customers for Oxygen’s innovative financial services.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to achieve successful deal closures.
- Generate and manage quality leads through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while preparing periodic performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend growth strategies.
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure smooth adoption of Oxygen’s products.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards across all client touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3–5 years proven sales experience in microfinance loans, collateral lending, or real estate (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
