Job Summary
Office & More Business Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive with strong knowledge of IT products, sales, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales operations, ensuring accurate records, attending to clients, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
Minimum Qualification
- HND / B.Sc. in any related field

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales transactions in line with company standards.
- Ensure accuracy in payments, transaction amounts, and financial records.
- Work effectively with spreadsheets, generate receipts, and process invoices.
- Educate and attend to customers, highlighting product features to close sales.
- Process stock requisitions from the warehouse and display products with correct price tags.
- Maintain client relationships and provide tailored IT solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct regular stock counts and address variances appropriately.
- Keep neat, updated records and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
- Submit daily financial and sales reports to the Accountant.
- Perform other duties related to IT sales and customer service as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Honest, hardworking, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and leadership abilities.
- Graduate, preferably male, with relevant IT sales experience.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 8:30 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm
- Sunday: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
- Public Holidays: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
