This role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can handle both personal and business support responsibilities while leveraging technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on vendors, compare offers, and assist with supplier evaluations.
- Support in negotiating contract terms, agreements, and pricing.
- Review purchased products for quality assurance.
- Enter and update order details (vendors, prices, quantities) into company databases.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis and purchasing reports.
- Act as the primary personal assistant and point of contact for clients, ensuring professional support.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate professional/personal tasks.
- Draft correspondence, manage emails, and maintain organized digital records.
- Provide technical support (troubleshooting, system setup, application usage).
- Conduct online research and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Assist with project coordination to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and manage data entry/analysis.
- Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and monitor budgets.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
