This role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can handle both personal and business support responsibilities while leveraging technology to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on vendors, compare offers, and assist with supplier evaluations.
  • Support in negotiating contract terms, agreements, and pricing.
  • Review purchased products for quality assurance.
  • Enter and update order details (vendors, prices, quantities) into company databases.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries.
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis and purchasing reports.
  • Act as the primary personal assistant and point of contact for clients, ensuring professional support.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate professional/personal tasks.
  • Draft correspondence, manage emails, and maintain organized digital records.
  • Provide technical support (troubleshooting, system setup, application usage).
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
  • Assist with project coordination to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and manage data entry/analysis.
  • Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and monitor budgets.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and discretion.
