Job Summary
PalmPay Nigeria is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and goal-driven Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team as PalmPay Marketing Ambassadors. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding PalmPay’s user base by promoting our fintech solutions, onboarding new customers, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote PalmPay’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Onboard and guide new users through account registration and debit card activation.
- Consistently achieve monthly activation and marketing targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide timely progress reports to supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in Lagos.
- Previous experience in the fintech or financial services sector is an added advantage.
